leaving the pets alone
in a few days I will be leaving this city for three whole days with my family. and we have no family member to leave with the pets, which means that they will be alone for the time being.
of course we will feed them before leaving and we will leave them some extra food, and it's not like three days is a big time span, but still, I will be worrying for them.
we have a cat, a few fishes and a newt. I'm not worried that any of these guys will die from hunger, no no no, the cat is the reason. she's especially active these days, and she could try to open up the aquarium tanks.
the good news is, she had never done this while we were out of the town. and she is smart enough to not actually fish. the worst thing she had done is observing these little guys out of boredom. we'll leave her some toys to play around while we're missing, and, once again, the food will be here.
